Your favorite gin garden, warm and cozy is ready for Holiday season. Check it out!

Betsy is an intimate open-air rooftop serving (warm and cozy during winter) serving American fare and a cocktail program focused on all things gin. This hidden gem is inspired by the chickens in Chef Bart Vandaele’s backyard, Betsy is the name of his favorite in the flock.

The menu is filled with shareable small plates inspired by backyard BBQs and outdoor summer gatherings. Highlights include buffalo chicken croquettes, spicy corn on the cob, buckets of fried mussels, beer-braised short rib sliders, crispy potato skins, and more.

The beverage program includes more than 25 types of gin, craft gin cocktails, like Negronis and martinis, and American beers. Many of our cocktails are made with herbs hand-picked from our rooftop garden.

To find Betsy, head to Belga, then go behind the building, through the graffiti-painted alley, and up the stairs to locate your hidden summer oasis. Or, follow the signs and chicken feet graffiti’ed on the sidewalk. Betsy will show you the way!
