Love this rooftop spot!! Tucked away in an alley off of Barracks Row, if you can get a seat this is a terrific after work cocktail bar. Many many cool gin drink options, and delicious plates too share while you imbibe! Get the brussel sprouts. More of a hipster vibe, if that's your thing.
I hesitate to even post this because this is one of the best hidden gems in DC if you love gin. Betsy is the perfect little patio getaway to enjoy some creative and appetizing gin cocktails. As mentioned, it's a fairly secluded location only reached after heading down an alley...
Totally agree with the description 'hidden gem'. Delightful in warm weather but now cozy and comfy under its winter tent and heaters. If that isn't heat enough, there are blankets on each chair for an extra hug of warmth. Amazing HH snacks--love them, especially the grilled avocado, a generous plate of heavenly tastes...
One of the best spots for drinks outdoors in the summer! Food is great, especially the fries with saffron aaioli . The gin drinks are great as well. Carefully thought out to create both a delicious flavor and delightful experience for the person consuming it.
Long, interesting list of gin-based drinks, friendly staff, and heat lamps + blankets make for a cozy spot for a drink. Really appreciate that even though we were the only patrons left on a relatively cold night, we didn't feel rushed to leave...
